I’m here to help facilitate self-awareness and a stronger mind-body connection through movement at a slower pace.
About Me
Dance and movement of many forms have been an integral part of my life and have helped me stay grounded over the years. I've recently become reacquainted with my interest in horses and English riding.
I am a mother of two adult daughters and a grandmother.
My background is in Regulatory Compliance in the Financial Services sector, so I have an eye for detail.
These life experiences and interests have helped define who I am as a Pilates Mat instructor.
My aim is to help develop your Pilates Mat practice in a safe, non-judgmental space. Beginner level is my area of focus.
I am REPS Ireland registered and insured.

Group Classes
All one-hour group classes have a maximum of twelve clients in each class and are held in various locations in Cork.
